A lot of questions regarding our webshop can be answered here.

Orders

No. You will need to complete a new order.

Please send an email to info@cryptosis.net including your name, order number and the same email address as you have used to put in the order. Mention the reason(s) of cancelation. If your order has already left our warehouse before we receive your email, we won’t be able to process the cancellation. Please check “How can I return an item” for further information.

Pre-order items are leaving our warehouse far in advance of the actual release day but we can’t guarantee that the item will be delivered exactly on that day as it depends on the delivery company in the end.

This is because of logistic reasons. We are not able to split one order into two deliveries. If you don’t want to wait that extra time for your items, please make sure you put in two separate orders.

Shipping & Returns

We currently provide tracking for orders to The Netherlands only. Tracking is expensive, we want to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

This depends on the country of origin where the order came from. Germany: DHL All other countries: Local post services.

To keep prices low, we do not provide insurance of shipments.

Please send an email to info@cryptosis.net including your name, order number and the same email address as you have used to put in the order. Please send us a photo of the delivered items. We will then try and resend the missing items asap.

We only accept unopened (original packaging) CDs, LPs, Boxes etc.
The shipping costs of the return order will not be refunded by cryptosis webshop.

This depends on the country of destination. You can track your order when ordering from The Netherlands.

Customer Service

Please send an email to info@cryptosis.net including your name, order number and the same email address as you have used to put in the order. Mention the reason/s of your complaint. Send us a photo of the damaged product or, for a complaint in regards to vinyl, a short video.
